Bad decision

I really wanted to like this company and t-shirt. Arrived late (“mix up with it being sent with Amazon shipping”) which means I did not get the chance to wear to my local Pride celebration. And now 1 million emails a day asking me to buy more.

Hi Michele, sorry this didn't work out! A few things I wanted to clarify:
It looks like the order was placed the evening of May 27th and we shipped it on June 2nd. It arrived June 9th. The item ordered was made on demand and the website explains that it can take 5-7 days to ship. And from there usually 2-5 days in transit. This shipped in 4 business days and arrived in 5 more business days (9 days total), pretty typical for most of our products.

It does look like you added our return/exchange service to the order so you should be able to return the item completely free of charge if you missed the event. If you need help with this please email us info@kindcotton.com

Regarding the emails - I see your profile has had 6 emails total sent to it this month> Some of these emails are meant to show the impact of your order , not necessarily asking for a purchase... either way we'll review and see if we can cut down on the email automations , we definitely don't want to overwhelm people.
