You should always be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we've refined our process to make returns and exchanges as simple and seamless as possible.

 

Always Free Exchanges

At Kind Cotton, you are always entitled to an absolutely free exchange (within 30 days of receipt). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, head over to our Return & Exchange Portal to initiate your return or exchange

How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  1. Head over to our new Return & Exchange Portal

  2. Enter in your Order # (found on packing slip or order confirmation email)  & shipping zip code

  3. Choose the items you want to exchange or return

  4. Choose from an exchange or refund/credit and follow the remaining prompts.
