I LOVE this kids book ! Rachel playfully teaches kids to move emotions through their body in tune to a well known kids song. The bonus section at the end with an easy meditation and thoughtful questions helps parents and kids learn simple mindful practices.

I wish I had this book when my kids were little! I bought two to give as gifts. We all need to sing together, move, and be aware of our bodies in space in this era of sitting and screens. Beautiful and fun a must have for any home or school library

There are so many wonderful things about this book! It's colorful, beautifully illustrated, and engaging from the first page! Kids will love the vibrant colors, the song, meditation, and the poster! The educator bundle provides opportunities for teachers to create lesson plans that include exploring the big feelings that kids have. As a kids yoga teacher I can't wait to bring this book to my students.

As a mom and caregiver, All Through the Crown is one of those children’s books that brings a moment of real calm into our day. Reading it with the kids I nanny felt like we were sharing mindful time together. The words are set to “The Wheels on the Bus”, adding a fun and familiar rhythm. This is one of my favorite children's books! It's incredibly engaging and immediately grabs the attention of both children and their adults. The book features gorgeous, colorful illustrations and is a fantastic introduction to the chakra system. I use it regularly with students in my kids' yoga classes and have also gifted copies to my grandkids.

All through the crown is such a special book. The text itself. set to the tune of the wheels on the bus, makes this book such easy and fun reading. It’s a familiar song, that even the youngest of learners (and certainly their caregivers) will be very familiar with. This helps ground the material in a very accessible way. I appreciate how Rachel helps to make the foundations of the chakra system easy to comprehend, remember, while also being super engaging. The illustrations are absolutely stunning!
