Returns & Exchanges, Your Way
At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Free Returns & Exchanges for a small fee ($2.98).
- If you opt in: Returns and exchanges are completely free—no additional costs.
- If you opt out: You can still return or exchange items within 30 days, with a flat $8 handling fee.
Either way, we’ve designed the process to be easy and hassle-free.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Head over to our Return & Exchange Portal and:
- Enter your Order # (from your confirmation email or packing slip) and shipping zip code
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Choose your preferred option (exchange, refund, or store credit)
- Follow the quick prompts to complete your request
