*Economy: delivery usually within 5-12 business days
*Standard: delivery usually within 3-5 business days

BACKORDERS & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

*Please be aware of backordered items* You will be alerted upon checking out if your item is on backorder along with an expected ship date. If that is the case, your shipment will be delayed.

Some of our products are made to order. Please note these orders take 5-7 days to be produced before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees. Please allow up to 21 days for your international shipment to arrive (country dependent).

SHIPPING ORIGIN
Our primary warehouse ships from Columbia, MD 21045. 

We also utilize secondary made-to-order production facilities in North Carolina and other locations in the US.

 LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Kind Cotton is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. Once a package is picked up by USPS it is out of our control. But we will do our best to help!  Reach out with any issues info@kindcotton.com
