I LOVE this kids book ! Rachel playfully teaches kids to move emotions through their body in tune to a well known kids song. The bonus section at the end with an easy meditation and thoughtful questions helps parents and kids learn simple mindful practices.

What a gift this book was! I sang it to my little girl, and she loved it. The art and words are so creative. Highly recommend!

As a mom and caregiver, All Through the Crown is one of those children’s books that brings a moment of real calm into our day. Reading it with the kids I nanny felt like we were sharing mindful time together. The words are set to “The Wheels on the Bus”, adding a fun and familiar rhythm. The simple movements and the wonderful illustrations help children (and adults!) connect with their bodies and feelings without ever realizing they’re “learning” anything…bonus! I love how the book moves upward through the body, ending in a peaceful breath that leaves us feeling lighter. It is such a beautiful way to slow down and be present. Every parent, caregiver, teacher…anyone really…needs this book!

This book was recommended to me by a number of kids yoga teachers. And it is just the sweetest little yoga book. So beautifully written and illustrated. Fun and engaging for yogis of all ages :)

This is one of my favorite children's books! It's incredibly engaging and immediately grabs the attention of both children and their adults. The book features gorgeous, colorful illustrations and is a fantastic introduction to the chakra system. I use it regularly with students in my kids' yoga classes and have also gifted copies to my grandkids.

All through the crown is such a special book. The text itself. set to the tune of the wheels on the bus, makes this book such easy and fun reading. It’s a familiar song, that even the youngest of learners (and certainly their caregivers) will be very familiar with. This helps ground the material in a very accessible way. I appreciate how Rachel helps to make the foundations of the chakra system easy to comprehend, remember, while also being super engaging. The illustrations are absolutely stunning! I absolutely love the softness of the material. My hoodies and t-shirts are so comfortable. I also love the messages on the shirts and the fact that they donate a book for every purchase. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future.

I have the long sleeve in black and white and love them both. I wear them often and every time I do, I get compliments and people ask where they could get one, then I tell them about the donated book, and they sometimes pull the website up on their phone right then and there to order. The design is great, the fit is perfect and they wear quite well over time.
