#KindnessChallenge Week 2: Be Kind to Yourself!

Week 2: Be Kind to Yourself!

This is our second week of our month long kindness challenge and what better way to celebrate than by showing yourself a little love?! It's so true that we can't be expected to pour from an empty cup, so we want to encourage you all to take the time to simply be kind to you; because guess what? You are worth it! This past week I decided to focus on a few areas that benefit my mental well being such as reading, breathing, yoga, and I even found time to sneak in a pedicure as a little treat to myself. It's regular practices such as these that provide me with the continued passion to love what I do.

So now, we want to spread this love by including all of you! Here's what you need to do to complete our challenge this week and have a chance to win a special Kind Cotton prize:

1. Be kind to yourself!

This can be something as simple as taking the time out this week to do one thing you love. Take a walk, read a book, attend a meeting (on something that interests you of course), go to dinner, get a massage, take time to be alone, binge Netflix. Whatever makes you happy, find time for you!

2. Tell us about it.

Tell us your story with a picture or post or video or story. Or you can submit your story here - whatever works best for you!

3. Tag us.

Just tag us (@KindCotton) on Facebook or Instagram, and use #kindnesschallenge in your post.
